Important Notice

Flooring must be cut and fitted internally and is not for external use. Failure to follow these requirements will invalidate the warranty.
We recommend leaving a 10mm expansion gap from the flooring edge to the wall when fitting.
SPC flooring must be fitted on to a flat and even surface which is free from movement, this is to prevent creeping of the tiles.
A separate underlay must not be fitted as this will enable movement of the flooring.
If fitting on to floorboards, then a separate membrane such as thin plyboard should be fitted first to ensure a flat and even surface. This should also be screwed down to the floorboards to ensure there is no movement.
The ideal surface for the flooring would be concrete screeded floor.
